Many people do not want to leave their personal or expensive IT equipment with a computer retailer or repair shop that take their time to fix your problem and charge very high market value prices.

We can help, as long as you don't live too far from us and the job requires a hands on approach we will come out to you and fix your problem on your premises at a competitive rate and make sure you are satisfied!

If the job is not straight forward and requires time, we will advice you before hand and you can either bring your PC, Mac or other IT equipment to one of the sites where our Engineers work from or we can collect and return if you are not too far from us.

Unlike many other IT service repair centres, where it is possible we will provide support via email or telephone or can remote access your PC or Mac and fix the problem that way and charge a reasonable amount.
